There was a horrible sewage odor in our room and hallway when we arrived at the hotel. We had one bath towel and one hand towel. We had to ask the desk for two more towels and never got any wash cloths. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Property was conveniently located, comfortable bed, small workout gym perfect for traveling and offered a good buffet style breakfast. Unfortunately it was not clear that the shuttle needed to be arranged in advance or else it was not available. I arrived at 1 am thinking I had transportation but had to call a taxi. Otherwise, I was pleased with all the other services.

Great quick stay for us near the airport. Our flight landed after 11pm so we came here for the evening. Check in was fast and all of the staff were very friendly. The one complaint is the wind tunnel noise on the second floor when we closed our door. The windy/ghost howling noise was relentless. Other than that it was perfect for the money.

Watch out

The hotel was decent, room is very small, but essentially off the beaten path. What angered me is that I feel they use trickery when you see the amenities it says shuttle service to the airport. What they tell you when you get there is it’s only from 7 AM to 5 PM. They are even prepared with a print out already at the front desk, saying look it says this on their website because they know so many people are upset about this and to me it’s a little tricky as you do not see that time restriction when you see the initial amenities,. They tell you it’s $25 if you go outside this time. Are you kidding me. that means if the earliest it leaves is at 7 AM and you have to be to the airport two or three hours prior to your flight especially if it’s international you cannot use it unless your flight is essentially after 10 AM. Go somewhere else. When you dig deep and open up some expanded explanations, you do find it hidden on the website. Of course, when you’re looking at the face sheet, it doesn’t say this. $25, are you kidding me? Add that price to the hotel you’re better off staying at a $200 hotel room that gives you free service.
