"The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the concierge was very persistent about trying to sell us a membership by offering free gifts and activities. While you're not obligated to attend or purchase anything, the sales approach felt a bit pushy. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided in the bathroom smelled old, which was disappointing. The Solaris app for making restaurant reservations only worked the first time and wouldn't let us book reservations for the remaining days of our stay. Fortunately, we went directly to the restaurant, and the hostess was very kind and was able to seat us without any issues. Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent service from the staff."
