It but i wouldn’t have paid Westin prices if i had know I wouldn’t be getting Westin luxury. Very clean room, but very small w very average bathroom unlike all other westins

Not upholding the Westin standard. Property was well worn, dingy and unkempt and badly in need of renovations. Staff were dismissive. Beds are bumpy and everything were worn including old dingy towels that I skipped the showers and showered in the airport lounge. I couldn’t wait to get out. Terrible smell. Will never ever stay here. Might as well be a motel 6. I was very irritated being here coz I’m particular about where I lay my head. Do better.
