Nice experience. It’s a basic/ typical room nothing fancy, no spectacular views, etc… however the room, the building & location were all clean and safe! Also, a good option If you’re looking for a quiet room to relax & sleep but not far from nice cafes/ restaurants, bars, shops, etc.

Awesome place to stay right in the middle of everything. Staff were great, room was clean, free parking which in huge in San Francisco I would definitely stay there again. It would be my first choice.

Room was spacious & clean with onsite free under or above ground on site parking. The check-in guy was friendly & helpful. Hotel was in a great location within walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf and Chinatown etc. etc. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is my 2nd time staying at the Castle Inn. It’s my go-to hotel whenever I’m visiting SF because it’s affordable and closeby to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, bus stops, etc. The area it’s in is pretty quiet for the most part and very safe and clean! Will continue to keep booking at this place for my future trips to SF!

A decent motel in a fairly central location that won't hit you hard in the wallet. 5 minute walk to cable car stop that will take you to Pier 39 and financial/shopping district. Plenty of grocery shops and food & drink around the motel.

Customer service was amazing! The employee was very kind and accommodating. The hotel itself was good for what you’re paying for and parking is included; where many hotels in the area do not have parking included. However parking is tiny so try not to bring your biggest vehicle! Tight spots and tight turn around spots and if there are no vacancies then there are no extra spots. The room and amenities were good for just resting your head at night and a hot shower. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great and heated up quickly. The only downfall is we had horrible neighbors and walls are paper thin. We could hear the drunks outside our door at 3:00 am extremely loud and then continued to hear them throwing up through the walls all night. We were just unlucky but the hotel itself was perfect for a quick stay with good and friendly service and comfortable beds.
