Staff are amazing both front desk, cleaning, and cooking staff!!! I have stayed here a couple times now and the beds are very comfortable as well!!!! The staff was fantastic. We had to stop in last minute on Christmas Eve due to weather delays. The staff accommodated our family and upgraded us to a suite. The property is new and modern. It is located right next to a movie theater and great dining options.

I checked in and specifically expressed to make sure room was clean thoroughly since I have an autoimmune disease Since it’s newer hotel I though this wouldn’t be an issue But it was mirrors and tables had previous hand prints from prior stayee and the suite they gave me was right next to the washer and dryer which I asked for corner unit The rooms needs deep cleaning

This seems to be an a brand new hotel. Consequently, it is well appointed, and beautifully decorated celebrating historic Rialto, California. Rooms are large, beds comfortable and super clean. There is a small restaurant/bar. The breakfast is expansive, there is a grill where pancakes are made often. The rest of the food items were comparable to most higher end chain hotels. The only things we missed were a coffee maker in the room, Philadelphia cream cheese for the bagels and bananas. We are coming back whenever we have family gatherings nearby.
