Staff was very attentive to our concerns and needs. The thermostat didn’t work properly and had to change rooms. The key didn’t allow access so back to the front desk. The key never allowed us to a special location for the free breakfast, so once again to the front office to let us in. The room was nice but the little things added up to a “not going back there!”

Check in was easy and staff was super friendly. Location to medical center was a quick drive. The only thing I wasn’t pleased with was how our room felt so dark since we had no outside window but instead the view to the dining area. Room was nice and clean with plenty of towels. I won’t ever stay here again. We were robbed literally! Our truck was broken into, the window was bashed in, they went through literally everything. While waiting for the police to get there I asked the front desk if they could provide footage of the robbery. The front desk girls were completely and utterly rude and very inconsiderate to our situation acted like it was an inconvenience I asked for help and the footage. Overall yes it’s a nice place but if you have crappy staff it makes the stay crappy too.
