The stay was great. But again I got caught out by Expedia with no breakfast and $40 parking. What looks good deal comes back and bites you. I will think twice about doing this again.

Verck y convenient location right on The Riverwalk, with elevator access directly on to the Riverwalk (they don't tell you this - you need to explore). Check in was OK. The gave me the impression he's rather be somewhere else. Rooms were clean and tidy, but that's where it stops. By comparison, I stayed at the Homewood by Hilton (in another city). Room prices were almost half, free parking, Breakfast included and complimentary coffee in the lobby for the Guests. Unfortunately, Holiday Inn fell very short of my expectations by comparison, as they did not offer any of this. I could not justify the price I paid for this room.

Misinformed

Big reason for choosing this hotel was their pool. No mention that at current time it’s being renovated and wouldn’t be done for another 2 months. Decor was older than pics online and dingy. Water pressure in shower was low. All wasn’t bad. Workout room was clean and had good equipment.
