2nd time was better than the first
This was my 2nd stay with the hotel. I come here to get some head space and privacy. The sound proof rooms come in handy. The friendly staff is a bonus. I work 5 minutes from here so I’m able to come back to a spotless room and relax after work. I will be back again and again.

I was in town for work and needed to stay because of work commitments. As i checked in, the room that was offered had a door lock problem the desk clerk told me. I asked to look at it and upon inspection, the clerk also noticed the bold (ball) was missing from the deadbolt lock. He (Daniel) explained he was unaware and i could just put something behind the door during my stay?! Im traveling alone in a town I'm little familiar with and door does not close from outside and no deadbolt properly installed? For the price and location this is very unacceptable. Daniel stated it was a safe hotel and location and they had never had a problem?...does that mean they never will? He offered an 'upgrade' at no extra charge for another room, smoking!..or go someplace else if i was uncomfortable...but also said before he was full,sold out. Although he accommodated for my stay, i knew my refund wouldn't be immediate and travel expenses are essential in my work. The room had no air fresheners and of course smelled like smoke after requesting a non-smoking room. The following pictures are of that upgrade with no additional charge. Although it was late and decided to stay, i would not recommend or will i stay here again.
