hotel is located in a not so safe area. first night there was a huge roach chilling in the tub which gave me a heart attack when i was about to shower lol, room was okay just a bit dusty. staff at the front was the best part of the hotel ( the gentleman with dreads service was outstanding!) , breakfast was probably 4/10. it was a quiet for the most part too.

We were there 2 hours ahead of check in time at 3 and they stated no clean rooms but if we paid an extra $30 they would check us in. We stated no. We sat for an hour, watched cleaning ladies leave and we asked again and they again stated no rooms clean and the extra $30. We stated no again. It is now 2:45. We asked again, still no rooms clean and $30. A few words were said like if we gave you $30 magically a room would be clean. No answer. We asked to talked to someone in charge. We talked to owner over the phone and again no rooms clean and $30. He wouldn’t even listen. At 2:50 still no room clean. We said we were going to leave a bad review and he asked us to leave. We absolutely did. The owner had his worker in tears. I very highly recommend you never stay here!!!! Besides the customer bathroom was very very filthy, and with no paper supplies.

I mixed up the dates of when i was going to stay there. I reached out within 24hours to see if i can arrange the dates. They said no and kept my money anyways. What a horrible way to do business. People are human and mistakes can be made. Instead of being money hungry, how about you show some grace.

Elevator does not work on the first floor, you have to take stairs to 2nd floor to use it for upper levels. No WiFi on the 4th floor, was informed that the router was going to be reset and it never worked for 5 days. Breakfast is old, coffee machine did not always work, same food daily that is reheated each morning. Horrible stay, horrible quality!

I didn’t like anything about it. It smelled bad. Old dated furniture and plumbing. Fire alarm broken also had broken lamps. Needs to be torn down and start new. It’s was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. If I was associated with Best Western, I would be embarrassed to have this hotel. Words can’t do justice to how bad this hotel is.

The elevator is broken and we are on the 4th floor so it’s a hassle getting up there but it works to come down. The AC in the hallways don’t work so it’s really hot in the hallways

I entered the room late from visiting the army base... Room provided was in bad shape, one of the curtain panels had red stains & the other one was missing. There was significant water damage to the bathroom celling and it was visible they tried to patch the leak damage (unsuccessfully). I ended up taking pictures and showing the front desk in the AM; I was told maintenance would take a look & nothing was done about it.

It’s a nice hotel for the price.

It’s a nice hotel for the price. I woke up with my back hurting every day so I wish the beds would be better. The rooms are roomy and everything worked great. They did however only come make our bed one time when we were there. We were there for three days.

Terrible experience

We will NEVER stay at a Beat Western again. Here’s why: 1. The hotel was filthy from the moment we walked though the front doors. 2. Our bathroom had a ceiling and wall that had fresh texture and was unpainted. I made the reservation 2 weeks prior to our stay. Could we not be placed in another room? 3. If you prefer a warm shower, then you’re in luck. NO hot water. 4. We asked for another blanket and bed sheet, and were told “no, the room came with all the amenities we needed.” We explained our son was going to sleep on the couch and needed these linens. Again told no. We had 2 flat sheets on our bed with a very thin blanket in between the sheets. No comforter or even a nicer, thick blanket. Gave a sheet to our son to use on the couch. Totally ridiculous! 5. Walls must be really thin or no insulation. We heard hall nosie/outside noise all night. 6. Tried multiple times to put wall unit on “constant fan” to block out above mentioned noise. Nope. Gave up trying. We were in town for stock show and our son was showing a pig. We were exhausted from having been up almost 24 hours and ready for a good night sleep. Your hotel failed to meet this expectation and was quite expensive for the service provided.
