While the front desk clerk was more than happy to please, i don't feel the area was very safe and wasn't pleasant to be in this area. The parking wasn't the best. The room i was in was really nice though. What the facility lacks in the exterior, i think it makes up for in the interior. My room was very large. Had TV, coffee, internet, refrigerator and microwave. The cont. breakfast was decent as well. But the best but it did ok for the one night i stayed. Oh, yeah i guess it had a pool too, even though i didn't go use it i heard people that were heading that way.

The lobby was amazing beautiful. Check in staff were professional, curteous and very helpful. Room was great, nodern, cozy, clean, and the front counter staff called shortly after check in to make sure we were pleased with everything. If we required anything just call. The pool was open but crowded with kids. Exceptional service and extremely pleased with our stay. Free contental breakfast had very good selection of both hot and cold choices and was absolutely delicious. This is our #1 choice for hotel accommodations.

Beds were too high to get into special for older and disable people. Breakfasts was good. Hot tub was down which I wanted for my legs. They were friendly but did not have any power to address my problem about the bed.

So so

Staff not very welcoming didn’t even have password for wifi…seamed bored. Fan in room was way too noisy! We called reception but nobody answered. Breakfast missing some items nobody was there to make sure everything was ok…the front desk employee went outside with other employee for like ten minutes (probably smoking). Tables and napkins holders were messy… Ok but probably won’t come back.

The hotel needs a good remodel. The front desk gave us options for food, but they all closed early which they did not inform us of. The pool was closed, and they offered an alternative, but it was a drive away. LOTS and LOTS of pigeons were roosting right outside our door. The mess was so bad we could not use it. Bed was okay, sheets were clean.

Train tracks right behind the hotel, which was where our room was. We listen to trains going all night long. The noise of the trains was in competition with the noise at the heater, which would wake us up every time it kicked in.
