Our bell hop, Daniel was awesome helping us to the room. He spotted us afterwards and gave us some suggestions for supper. I also asked if I could get extra make up wipes and staff were very accommodating. The lady that checked us in was also very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

For the price it’s unfortunate that the beds were not as clean for a price tag of 300.00! While inspecting for bed bugs I noticed hairs on the sheets that did not belong to us. Stains on the mattress. Also there was a strong fowl smell once entering the room. The bathroom was showing its age and the sink stopper was broken.

Difficult to find and unless paying for valet parking, you have to go into a parking garage and park on a designated floor and go through a maze to get into the hotel area. Difficult taking luggage through. Dated rooms.

Great Staff

This hotel has a great staff--very friendly and helpful. My spouse is mobility-impaired, and at some hotels, such a disability is regarded as a problem. At this hotel, all of the staff were extremely helpful. We were given an excellent parking location and were offered help with the wheelchair.

Cleanliness issue

Service was very friendly from the valet to the front desk. It kept the rating higher. The kids really looked forward to the pool but it was not clean. Nor was the hot tub. I'll leave it at that.
