The lady at the front desk was very helpful. They sent me a message to upgrade to a non-smoking room for a small fee. Upgraded because I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. When I arrived I found out that the hotel was a non-smoking place. Told them to cancel my upgrade and give me my room back. They fixed that for me. When I checked out I noticed that they had still charged me for the upgrade. Talked with the gentleman at the desk and he adjusted it back for me. He gave me the bills for the overcharge and the adjustment. When I received my credit card statement the amt they charged me was the upgraded price. At the time they had told me the first charge had gone through already and that they would reimburse me that amt and charge me for the original price. Still haven't had the refund or the new charge. Still on holidays but will be contacting them when i get back home. Not to pleased with them.

Property was clean that is really important On our first nights stay we had someone trying to get into our room it was another guest the front desk had also given him the same room as us The hot food ie sausage and eggs were absolutely horrible and they didn’t replenish the other choices in a timely manner unfortunately I would never stay at this motel again

Not bad at all! Great price compared to surrounding places. Neighborhood can be seen as a lil dodgy but people don’t bother you at all. We walked to all the bars downtown and back no problems

Clean, convenient location. Reasonable price. Not enough hooks towel bars and plug ins. They want you to reuse your towels, which is fine but not enough laces to hang to dry with 4 people in the room.
