Rancho Murrieta Hotel & Spa offers a truly welcoming and refined experience. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to unwind and get a great night’s sleep. The décor is elegant without feeling stuffy—thoughtful, tasteful, and perfectly suited to a relaxing getaway. What really sets this hotel apart is the atmosphere and the staff. From the moment you arrive, you’re met with warmth and genuine friendliness that makes you feel more like a guest in a gracious home than a hotel. Attentive, kind, and eager to help, the staff elevate the entire stay. We especially appreciated Travis who helped us in the restaurant! A wonderful choice for anyone looking for comfort, calm, and a touch of understated luxury.

Property was great, nice looking and clean. The only issue we had, which was very significant, is that there is a known problem with the lights above each queen bed. They are on dimmers and don't completely turn off. So there is a dim light coming out of 4 overhead lights which is enough to illuminate the sleeping area. Sadly this is a known problem but not a priority to fix. The maintenance person said that they would need to replace the lights from halogen to LED and have been doing that in some rooms. Unfortunately, we didn't discover the problem until we were all in bed. We checked out one other room, but it had the same problem. I would like to stay at this property again, but if this problem is not fixed in the room I am assigned, unfortunately I will have to pass.

Absolutely love the property, we love this hotel as a staycation and it’s a perfect getaway from Sacramento. The only downside of our recent stay it’s the service at the pool area, we were charged a 21%room service everytime we ordered + the service was very slow. Overall we love staying at this location and this may be a one-of experience.
