It was convenient to where I needed to be during my stay. Bed too high for most people to easily get into, as a tall woman, I had difficulty getting onto the hard mattress. Difficult to regulate the temperature in the room. Door not sealed under and around sides, with light coming in through those areas. No directions or channel guide provided for TV so that much time was wasted trying to find channels desired. Rude staff, especially at check-out. No receipt was provided by morning and when asked for one at the office, I was rudely told she could not print one out and she could not write one out and that there was no one she could call to get help with this task, only she was there and it wasn't until I stated that I needed to have a receipt and would not be leaving without one and that I did not believe she had no one to call, like a manager or owner of the property and that perhaps I would have to call the police. I was quite surprised that a $50 security deposit was charged at check-in. Once it was clear that I meant business, she did make a phone call and immediately a man entered through an office door who told me that I would be provided with a receipt from the website through-which I had booked the room, which is not how things go. He finally did print out a verification of refund of the security deposit and another page showing what I was charged for the room but it was an incomplete receipt, with no tax included. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Bad neighborhood, tons of homeless hanging around. Room not ready when we wanted to check in, had to wait for 2 hours for cleaning, yet ad says rooms sit 24 hours after cleaning as a Covid precaution....nope. We found a piece of broken necklace between the sheets, how could clean sheets have that ?! Sticky gunk on bathroom door. Painted drainboard in bathroom with paint coming off. Tub also painted and paint coming off. Icky ! My daughter's room had a fridge, mine did not.

The lady was very rude a check in and then she told me I had to pay five extra dollars if I wanted to check in early so I did then a few minutes later she is calling to tell me to come get my money back cuz she didn’t know not to charge me..
