Beware the Bed Bugs

Bed bugs which required urgent care visit plus prescriptions for my 82 year old mother. Plus the cost of buying new clothes so we had something infested to wear while we washed all our clothes. After we packed and moved to a new hotel. Should have our whole stay refunded plus medical and inconvenience costs.

I had a great experience using Holiday Inn. The room was clean and roomy. I really liked the line of Dove products available during my stay. Hand wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Staff was great If I had to pick a con...the walls were a bit thin because throughout the night I kept hearing people opening and closing their doors which woke me up frequently. But overall had a great experience.

The area immediately around the hotel building itself is shabby like the parking lot. And there’s construction. But other than that, the rooms are good, the staff is good and the restaurant is a good option in a pinch.
