Very basic...the photos look better than the actual room. The flat sheet was bunched up at the foot of the bed, instead of tucked in. There were soap bar marks next to the faucet on the sink. Shower was decent, but only a bar of soap is provided.

Comfy Room, But unremarkable staff.

Front desk agent had NO personality, no greeting. just took my license and credit card, gave me my room key and said the elevator is broken. That was the entire exchange. No mention of wifi, complimentary breakfast or where the breakfast even was. Assumed I could make it up 2 flights of stairs, and no apology for the elevator being down, or when it may be repaired.

Found Bed Bug on self and received several bites which I'm still treating 5 days later. The bathroom sink took over 30 minutes to drain. Full sized refrigerator motor ran all night long and appeared in need of repair or replacement. Carpet was stained in several spots.
