Grateful to the staff who voluntarily upgraded my room. My previous booking elsewhere had been overbooked. There was a bit delay in getting the bathroom supplies at night, probably because they were short staffed.

Room was clean, coffee maker didn’t work but was replaced quickly. Staff all very helpful, especially Steve the doorman/security. Very helpful getting us a cab!
