We arrived about 3 hours early before check-in due to the train schedule. As soon as we arrived, they took all of our bags and stored them so we could walk around the castle grounds and do whatever we wanted without worrying about our luggage. The room was nice and cool once we got in which was very welcome due to how hot it was. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious enough for the 4 of us. Breakfast is worth purchasing. The food and coffee are great. Upon departure, they called us a cab for the train station and again took care of all the luggage. Staying here really made it for a great time."
