Looks like property has been recently renovated. Great location next to the lake and by the Polynesian pools. Would definitely recommend.

A little disappointing

Our check in with Mai’s was perfect. The rooms were lacking in kitchen ware and there was not enough coffee / tea etc. In room 134 the extractor in the bathroom didn’t work. No reading lamps. The signs for protecting jewellery in the shower should be more prominent. We were shocked at the breakfast bill.

The family room we first were given was mouldy and musty causing asthma flare. This room/ is not suitable for guests. I had booked a double room but offered the family which i agreed too. However, the staff were very helpful and moved us quickly the next day when requested. The rest of our stay was very comfortable, convienient and staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel was excellent to stay in and we would definitely come back. The room had a great view and was clean and comfortable. We could walk to most things and the room was lovely and quiet.The only feed forward we would have is maybe more than only two glasses and cups in the room and to check that things like toilet paper were replaced as there was only one roll for our stay. However the housekeeping staff were friendly and it wasn’t an issue to ask for these things. Thank you for a lovely stay.

An excellent hotel with great breakfast. Good restaurant and bar.A bit out of the way but still only a 15 min walk to town and restaurants. Located on a lake. There are hotels closer but this worked out nonetheless.

While the staff are friendly, the room smelt of mildew or mold. It hadn't been dusted in a while as the surfaces (ie. On top of the fan and light switches) were visibly dusty. The sheets were clean. The pool wasn't reflective of what was shown in the pictures.
