Had an oven and a decent size fridge which was good, but the villa was very old and not priced very well for what we paid, when we arrived it looked as though the recent clean would have taken 10 minutes after the last tennants had gone, lots of dust still around and creepy crawlies settling in!

We were really happy with our stay here. The cabin was really clean and tidy and the bed was comfy. The curtains were nice and thick, too, for the early sunrise. The price seemed quite a lot for a simple cabin with no ensuite or kitchen, but I guess that is just Rotorua in the summer. Otherwise we were very happy.

Good but in cabin cooking range did not work

The cabin with kitchen and bathroom was clean and in good condition. Comfortable bed. But the cooking range did not work and front desk did not send anyone to look at the problem. Disappointing when you book a cabin with kitchenette.

It was very disappointing to find that the parks Thermal hot pools are no longer available and haven’t been for the past 4 years. This is still being promoted on their own website, even though when I questioned this I was told they had taken it off. Not acceptable.
