Shower water only lukewarm. Biscuits were cold. Coffee just warm. The people were very nice and polite and easy to talk to. It is a nice place to stay though.

Staff were absolutely lovely. The rooms, not as much. But I wasn't expecting to be wowed. The shower, however, did wow me. I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel with excellent water pressure in the shower. This one was needle sharp and fabulous, better than at home, even.
