As quirky as it gets
This apartment epitomises everything about Rome, character, originality and style but also eclecticism and a touch of chaos. It is very quirky with different floor levels, uneven floors and indoor steps which would cause challenges to those with mobility issues.
The shower in the main bathroom was a water spout rather than a shower and the door seal in the cubicle didn't fit well.
The location of the apartment however is so perfect and atmospheric that these issues did not affect our enjoyment of the city and it was both different and memorable. The beds and other furniture were also comfortable and the communication and check in process could not have been better.
