Completely and tastefully renovated apartment located in an ancient building located in the immediate vicinity (100 meters) of the colonnade of San Pietro. Fourth and top floor with lift, quiet, external view on three sides is composed of: large entrance hall, 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and private bathroom and one with two single beds, (in both bedrooms it is possible to add on request a third bed), second bathroom, equipped kitchen (dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery) with dishwasher, washing machine, food processor, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster and other kitchen utensils, living room with sofa bed double bed, dining table for 8 people, air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the lounge, TV-SAT, WI-FI.
Accessories for the little ones, cot, high chair, changing table, bottle warmer and toys. Complete linen for bathroom, bed, kitchen and cot, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Upon your arrival you will find everything you need for your breakfast (milk, tea, rusks, butter, yoghurt, biscuits, orange juice, jam, coffee / waffles)

Excellent location. Very clean and very thoughtful of the owner to provide butter, milk, jam and toast, and with coffee capsules too!The property had everything for a comfortable stay and we felt very much at home.Carla and her som Giorgio were perfect hosts, and they provided airport transfers and other rides as described. We cannot thank Carla enough for her kindness and hospitality, even turning the car around on the way to the airport when we realised we left behind some luggage. Very understanding and gracious people! We highly recommend this property. Only positives, no negatives at all!

Carla was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and accessible. Her place was in such a great location, clean, a ton of space considering you’re in a city center and just perfect for our family. We were able to check in early and she’s always just a text message away. Agreed, make sure you ask about the lock on the door bc it’s a little tricky to do but once you know how, it’s easy.

It was a very spacious and clean apartment for 5 people. We were met by Giovanni who assisted us up the lift to the apartment with our luggage. The beds were comfortable to sleep on and the air conditioners were a welcome relief on hot days. The location was ideal for visiting the Vatican and also the public transport options to other parts of Rome were great once we learnt the route options. Communication with Carla was excellent. It was wonderful. Right next to St. Peter's. Lots of convenience right there with markets, restaurants, pharmacy, gelato. It was so easy for us to get to and from anywhere.Carla was helpful with anything that we needed. I would book my next stay around this locations availability. It was wonderful.

Carla is very pleasant and an amazing host. Everything is well thought off in the house what a customer needs. Her poncho helps us a lot during one of the downpour during our visit. She responds immediately. We are definitely going back.

Perfect location!

Thank you for a great place to call home in the perfect part of Rome. Nearly steps away from the Vatican, wonderful restaurants and so much more. The bust stop outside is very convenient to get to the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum and the other side of Rome. The S.Pietro Metro is only 10 minute walk which is very convenient as well. Thank you again Carla and your son who gave excellent recommendations and service!

Great spot, close to train station and across from St. Peter’s and the Vatican grounds.

Host met us on site to show us the property. Was easy and close to St. Peter’s where we got to witness the conclave and the election of the new pope! Lots of stores and restaurants in the area.

Great Apartment and Wonderful Stay!

This apartment was great: spacious, well-appointed, and in a great location. Carla was a lovely host & even had pandoro and panettone for us to celebrate the Christmas holiday. My sons liked the tray of candies too! We were able to simply cross the street to St Peter’s and saw the pope’s Christmas Day message. Lots of transportation options available, though we chose to walk most places, which was quite easy as well. Carla also helped arrange our transport to and from the airport and train station, which was so helpful due to our somewhat complicated travel plans, with one of our sons heading to the airport while the rest of us went to the train station. I would totally stay in this apartment again!

Great stay right beside Vatican City

Overall a great stay. Apartment was large, very spacious, and the 2 full bathrooms great. So much better and more room than a hotel. It was walkable (or easy to catch an uber or bus) to all the sites in the city. The cafes and restaurants right outside the apartment were great for grabbing a coffee and pastry in the morning and a pizza to go late at night. Would stay here again if visiting Rome The close proximity to Vatican City made it easy to split out visits there over 2 days, great to be able to walk over at 6:30 am to visit St Peter’s with no crowds at all and then on a different morning do the Vatican museums. I highly suggest doing that.
