Nice city center hotel. They are all small rooms compared to US so be prepared. Nice little balcony but too small to really use. Hotel is close to many shops and restaurants as well as the bus line. Daniella communicates well on line and on WHATSAPP.. Multiple levels of security helps with feeling safe in the city. Could use a sign on level 0. We wandered around a bit finding the hotel rooms in this building.

The experience at this hotel cannot be overstated! Daniela was an incredible host and, to two uncertain travelers, her kind and personized care, help and very involved service made her feel as much like a mom to us as a host. The room was gorgeous in every way and the place was extremely secure and conveniently located to any amenity desired. The room was top notch.

Best place to stay

Place was super clean and modern - really nice condition, can tell it’s well looked after. Host Daniella was very friendly, kind and helpful. Location for us was perfect. It really helped to make it such a special trip for me and my wife. Would highly recommend and would only look at this place when we will come again.

Great find, very nice. The only two things I'd suggest improving: first, update the signage with directions on how to turn the AC on and off, as the button is very small and located at the top, which some guests may struggle to find. Second, consider upgrading the pillow selection. The two memory foam pillows are fine for some, but having at least one large, traditional comfort pillow would make a big difference for guests who prefer something softer and more voluminous. Everything else is fantastic. The location is amazing, the in-room tea selection is top-notch, and the overall experience was a very pleasant surprise. P.s if you are tall watch you head on the main door at night.
