Het was een nepaccount. We stonden daar en kregen geen contact. Toen VRBO gebeld, maar het was te laat op de avond en in het weekend. Tot diep in de nacht gezocht naar een ander hotel zodat we tenminste konden slapen. Echt heel erg slecht gehad.
