Great hotel and amazing staff. I requested switching to a different room without carpet upon check in and they were very accommodating to my request without any hesitation, the staff made every effort to make sure my stay was wonderful.

Spacious room. Lovely amenities. Old world feel but the bed and bedding were wonderful. Clean. Friendly staff. Quiet room with double insulated windows. Breakfast was adequate but price not included in our stay. Would pass on meals here, the view from rooftop dining is not as pretty as other hotels.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff who were very informative and helpful. Our room was beautiful (paid extra for a premium room with balcony) and cleaned daily. Good location, approximately 15 minute walk to Trevi fountain and spanish steps, also near to thevtrain station so getting to and from the airport was very easy. Other sites such as vatican and collosseum are a bit further (30 mins or so walk) but we loved walking everywhere to really explore the city so this didnt bother us. It was also lovely to come back to the hotel in a quieter part of the city away from the hustle and bustle. Would highly recommend this hotel and would 100% stay again when we return to Rome.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms very comfortable. Walkable to many good restaurants, although don’t miss the rooftop garden restaurant at the hotel. We had dinner there and the food was wonderful and the rooftop has some beautiful views.

Hotel is walking distance from the rail station- Termini and close to some main attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is great for relaxing after seeing the city sights. Would recommend staying at the hotel.

Annual trip to Rome

Whenever I come to Rome I stay in this same hotel as it's become my go-to in Rome period the breakfast buffet is outstanding and one of the best views in Rome.I enjoy the character of the hotel and the staff has always been most kind and helpful. This time I had accidentally only had a reservation for two nights when I needed three and they graciously gave me a room for the third night. I would highly recommend this hotel it's also in a very nice neighborhood with many restaurant choices .
