The staff was lousy with the exception of Chadri, one of the reception guys and Maria a part time waitress. The safe in the room did not work and it took three days to get it fix, some of the lights went out at night and construction was going on and there was dust all over.

Very convenient location, room was clean, bathroom was ok, hot water readily available and good AC. Elevator was very small, which made moving luggage difficult, would have been nice if there was someone available to help with luggage. This is not a 4 star hotel. This is a 3 star hotel . It’s the best western version of Europe . It’s ok, it’s close to everything but don’t expect much. Very old building. Rooms are solid but tiny . Not worth the rating or price maybe $150 a night

Pleasant stay but not ideal

Great location, accessible to most places. Room was clean and beds comfortable. However, shower gel provided was very limited—barely enough for one use—and when we asked for more, we were told they had run out, which was quite disappointing. The room had power points with USB ports, but none of them were working, which was inconvenient as we had to share limited charging options. Definitely not what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard.
