This was a lovely place to stay. Unfortunate that the water was out one night and it was another day before hot water was working. This was a building issue and not a lot was able to be done. They did have a suite available for use of bathroom for those who's bathroom wasn't working. These are the things that happen when travelling.

Very convenient place to stay. The building does not have the name of the hotel on the outside. The building have various different hotels on each of the building floors. Room very clean, private bathroom very clean. Two blocks from termini station. Convenient store, pharmacy and places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely come back on my next visit to Rome.

Із плюсів - близьке розташування до вокзалу і метро, що є дуже зручним, чистенький номер, є вода, чай, кава та печиво. Також привітний персонал. Є великий один мінус саме в моєму номері - воняє каналізація. Мабуть забитий сток у підлозі. Також було прохолодно, і кондиціонер не працював на тепло. Але мені принесли ще одну ковдру.

The check-in staff were very pleasant and friendly and the room was was nice and generally clean and in a good location beside the Termini station. Two things that bothered us a little though were, the air conditioning didn't work so the room got quite warm if you didn't open the window at night, it sounded as if it was running but there was no air blowing from it and the second is was the shower head could do with being replaced as it is old and sprays water in random directions because the holes are scaled up probably.

建築物很舊，房屋很舊，沒棉被，只有很薄的床單當被蓋，我是穿羽絨睡覺的。reception 難找，與其他酒店共用同一建築物。check in 後要行多2條街才是真正的住宿。樓下是酒吧，如果窗向街景夜晚會很嘈至凌晨。WiFi不能用。但店員會在數天前send email給你say hello，好處是近termini, 抱歉下次我不會選這間。

Ótimo hotel e custo benefício

Ótimo quarto, muito confortável. Adoramos a localização por ser perto da Termini tanto para ônibus quanto para metro. Bastantes restaurantes bons por perto inclusive um Brasileiro que amamos. A recepcionista é educada e o atendimento foi bom em geral. Única coisa que não gostamos foi o cheiro bem forte de esgoto que saia do ralo do banheiro, isso foi complicado. De resto, ótima estado o quarto. Hotel precisa de mais placas explicando onde fica a recepção para ficar mais fácil de se localizar.

Die Lage ist gut, knapp 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof. Das eigentliche Zimmer war ok, aber: das Bad ging gar nicht, weil es nach Abfluss stank. Und es stank so richtig!!! Man versuchte es am ersten Abend mit Zitrusreiniger, den man in die Abflüsse kippte, wurde etwas besser. Wir haben Luftreiniger Spray gekauft und das Fenster offen gelassen. Schlussendlich darf man so ein Zimner nicht vermieten. Ausserdem waren die Decken zu dünn,

Low price but nice

Vey near the main train station, but quite quiet place. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden. Room is in front of the lobby at the other side of the street and doesn't get the wifi of the hotel. The room has a good space.

O atendimento é excelente, são gentis e atenciosos. Quanto ao quarto achei muito confortável, e eles fazem limpeza diária, só elogios quanto a higiene também. O único ponto que me causou um pouco de preocupação foi a questão de segurança, o prédio tem vários hotéis juntos e não há um controle, ou eu não o percebi de quem entra e quem sai, apesar de ter câmeras de segurança em muitos pontos, senti falta de uma portaria, isso é uma questão para quem viaja sozinha, como é o meu caso, mas não aconteceu nada, foi tudo bem na viagem. No demais tudo excelente, o chuveiro é muito bom , a cama é confortável, lençóis limpos, o quarto é espaçoso, só elogios!

Conveniently located for a good price

Conveniently located close to the train/bus station, but at the same time in a quiet street, so a perfect location. Friendly welcome, I could leave my suitcase until official check-in time. My booked deluxe room was in a building across the street, it was newly renovated, clean, housekeeping came every day. The only 2 minus points were: there was no toilet seat on the toilet. I informed the receptionist right away, she promised to take care of it, but nothing happened until my departure 4 days later. Rather uncomfortable. With night temperatures just above freezing point, there was no blanket in the bed, just a thin bedspread. So I needed to turn on the air condition on warm during the entire night. I would have preferred a warm blanket in a cooler room. Besides those 2 points, the hotel was perfect for what I wanted and for the price I payed.
