This property was very, very close to the main train station, and also the bus station. We got a deluxe room and it was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, with cold cuts, eggs, sausages, all kinds of croissants and pastries, cold cereal, and all the cappuccino you could drink! The rooftop dining was about the best part of the steak, we got a delicious steak, tuna, tartare, Italian tacos, etc. in an air condition rooftop area, you had the option to eat alfresco, but wherever you are, you saw the beautiful sunsets over Rome
Plenty of seating for the breakfast area...
Terrific food on the rooftop, and the price was great...
We thoroughly enjoyed our tuna, tartare and tacos

Not as advertised

Start off by saying the hotel is lovely but what is advertised on hotels.com isn’t true. There was no valet parking, no porter or bell hop service and the rooms also weren’t soundproof. Limited street parking for a fee or park in a garage round corner. No one helped with bags or suitcases. The door man that was standing at the door didn’t even hold the door open when exiting. The rooms were absolutely not soundproof we woke up at 6am and could hear someone snoring from another room. I will say it is a nice hotel and within walking distance to main attractions and the rooms are big and spacious. The breakfast was below average, for hot food the sausages were actually cut up hotdogs and the bacon was a strange colour.

This was super convenient - central to shopping, dining, transportation, and the sites. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. I didn’t think the restaurant around the corner they recommended was all that good but they do have a rooftop that is better. The rooms were spacious and had tall ceilings.

The room I stayed in was clean and well organized for a single traveller. The location was continently close to Roma Termini, which made it easy to travel around the city and then return at the end of the day. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were so grateful for an early check in after arriving from Hong Kong via Helsinki. Room was nicely decorated. Breakfast was a simple one but a bit chaotic with a large group trying to get tables ahead of couples and small families. Too much pressure on staff. Juice machine only produced water!
