The location is terrible. You’ll have to catch a cab to and from destinations at a cost of $40 one way. Location is only decent if you hav a car. Also the property isn’t that nice. They are renovating and updating room. They are non smoking facility but ppl smoke in them heavily and management don’t monitor or care. If you have any health conditions.. beware. Rude management that gaslight you as if issues are your fault or complaint isn’t valid. Unsafe for solo travelers. Placed in back of the facility. One lock that’s not all that secure. Refused to refund after they were obviously negligent in providing decent accommodations.. left and paid for other (safe) accommodations elsewhere. Received constant emails to return without canceling my stay only to prevent refunding, knowing I wasn’t returning. Again poor management.

Endroit très propre, le personnel est très agréable la Clim est très bien réglé dans la chambre, le seul petit point est que l’ont entend un peut la route dans la chambre mais après de belles journées dans Rome ont y fait que très peut attention. Les arrêts de bus sont près de la route mais ça c’est régulier en italie

Friendly staff, front desk Frederick is knowledgeable with the surroundings whether it be inside the city of Rome or outside he will guide you to the best places to see. The buffet area where one eats breakfast is very clean, with one employee who handles all she is Elena, keeps the area sanitized and clean. From outside area to collecting trash she is an exemplary staff who treats the area as her own, a dedicated team member who deserves the best. Thank you team Hotel Boomerang, will cherish my 13 days stay as a safe and well taken cared customer deep in my heart. You are highly recommended.

The staff who initially checked me in was very nice and helpful. There were 2 other staff who did not care much to put effort in being nice and friendly. This kind of dampened my spirits. The lady at the breakfast time was very nice and helpful too. I found cat hair on my bed on the first day. I called the concierge/receptionist who refused to agree it was animal hair inspite of physical evidence! He then curtly told me that he will change the room for me although I told him that if he changed the bedsheet , it would be enough. This person was not friendly at all and spoiled my mood during my trip. I was being nice about the whole situation. Not sure why he could not do the same. To the people who found this location inconvenient- the property has a beautiful garden and is spacious unlike what you find in Rome. Endure to download Glovo app to order food since uber eats does not work. Similarly download FREENOW app for travel instead of uber. It is slightly cheaper. Use a metered taxi she. You are coming back to the hotel after your spending your day. You will pay less. The breakfast was awesome! I am vegetarian and there were lot options for me. I particularly loved the spinach and cheese thing - don’t recall the name. All in all - a bit too bad experience except for 2 concierge/ receptionist who do not care much about their job.
