Extra luxury in the heart of the historic center of Rome

Our luxury apartment is located in the historic center of Rome, just 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The apartment is 100 square meters and consists of a kitchen, living room with dining room, two bedrooms and a large bathroom of 10 square meters with shower with emotional waterfall. Restored with precious materials, with parquet floors, original ceilings in exposed wooden beams and LED lighting throughout the apartment. It is located on the third floor without elevator, is equipped with all comforts, heating, air conditioning, internet connection, 3 50-inch TV, safe, courtesy kit and hairdryer, towels and bed linen and kitchen supply, kettle, Nespresso machine, stereo with wire spread throughout the apartment.
On request it is possible to arrange the return transfer to the airport (not included in the price).

The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per night and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
For check-in after 10 pm, a supplement of 25 euros is required in cash upon arrival.

My best friend and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome. The location truly couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the iconic Spanish Steps and the stunning Trevi Fountain, which made it an ideal home base for exploring the historic center.The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and thoughtfully appointed. We loved having so much room to relax after long days of sightseeing. The bathroom was especially large and beautifully designed, and the beds and furniture were all very comfortable.A lovely touch was the tea set and coffee setup—it made our mornings feel extra special as we enjoyed tea and coffee before heading out to explore the city.The only small thing to keep in mind is that the bathroom is a bit of a walk from the bedrooms, so late-night trips involve a few extra steps. Other than that minor detail, everything was wonderful and we truly enjoyed our stay.We would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome who wants a spacious and comfortable place in an unbeatable location. Shoutout to Joey helping to make our stay so great!

Overall impression was good but was marred by the lack of a lift. Having to climb 3 flights of stairs is not suitable for families, elderly people or people with disabilitites. The lack of a lift should be made clear when booking the accomodation. We were only notified there was no lift when we received the check in instructions

Joey was very helpful with the check in and the luggage. He was also there for our check out and again to help us with our luggage. The apartment was very beautiful and clean. The location was great. We were able to walk most places. It’s on the fourth floor. Just for your information, the apartment is on the third or fourth floor, and there is no elevator service.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Joey made check-in very easy and he checked in to be sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was beautifully appointed, very clean and had everything we needed with plenty of room for all of us. It was nice to have a large bathroom with double sinks as well!! Our only warning is that the location is up a slight hill and it's a walk-up so just be prepared for that. But it's so close to the Trevi Fountain and the area is very safe so all was just great!!

Joey met us upon arrival. He was very helpful with the luggage. Weve been touring for a month and had alot. Those stairs are rough, but the room was amazing . Exactly as pictured. Close enough to walk to major attractions. My wife was so happy and impressed. Overall would definitely book again. If you are handicap or elderly it may be a bit problematic with the stairs. Also could not find an iron in the room. I texted Joey and he had one there in minutes!!! Thank you so much Joey! Amazing stay!!!

Absolute home run

I found this rental and booked immediately. I loved the avant- guard styling that seemed to very Roman. The apartment is spotlessly clean and air conditioned well. The bathroom was large and glamorous. We appreciated the fridge for leftovers and the two bedrooms were generous and comfortable. The location is great - just a block from the metro and the Spanish steps. I feel like this was a real treasure. Plus it is priced excellently. We were welcomed to the apartment and our bags were taken up the flights of stairs for us. Super nice and appreciated. If you can handle a walk up apartment- this one is a home run!

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location

The apartment was perfect. The location was perfect. You were a short walk from Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. There are plenty of restaurants and shops right at your doorstep. The area was safe and clean with no concerns. We loved how the apartment was modern with wood beam ceilings built in the late 1700s. We loved everything about it. Joey was a great host and held our luggage the last day so we can have lunch before our trip to Positano. You will be very happy with this choice.
