Stayed here for three nights for a family (two adults, one toddler) vacation stop in Rome. The rooms were slightly difficult to access (main door, multiple gates, elevator, apartment door, then room door). This was the only downside. The staff were very friendly and responsive, the rooms were clean and looked like the pictures, and the location was great. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Roma Termini train station, the Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica is right across the street and the Colosseum is a 20 minute walk away. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby as well. Highly recommended!

On arrival Julia and Andrew were both kind, professional, friendly and helpful. I was having trouble with Google maps and Andrew stayed on the phone with me and became and directed me to the area.
