my stay was unsatisfactory the customer service was disappointing the couches smelled horrible. I asked for a blanket and more toilet paper and lets say I am still waiting . The worst was I was so sick one day and begged for a blanket as the unit was cold and there answer was I will see what I can do and never showed up or any response. they did a second cleaning and left us with no towels we had to beg them to bring some next day so we could shower absolutely nuts. I get the place was old but you could keep it clean the entrance was dirty and the door didnt lock. The location on the other had was perfect!!!

Great Location

The location was very good, an easy walk to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and just a few steps from nearby restaurants and the market at Campo de Fiori. Easy to get a bus or Taxi to the Coliseum and Forum. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The only complaint from the kids was that the sofa-beds probably need updated mattresses. The main bedroom was great. We would stay here again. Thank you.
