Hotel is in a prime location, central to the colloseum, pantheon, trevi fountain, Spanish steps. Clean, friendly environment and the concierge service was exquisite.

The hotel was ideally located, and whilst being on a main road it was tucked away enough to feel private. The breakfast was simple yet delicious and catered for a variety of dietary needs. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was ideal fit a city break.

Martina was very responsive and communicated via email about our arrival and early check in. She even gave us pricing for transfers should we need it. The location was perfect. Right across from Cesar’s Monument and the Cat sanctuary. Walked very late at night and felt completely safe. The room was perfect and smelled so good! They even had amenities in the bathroom. Very spacious. We had three people and they did charge us extra for the third person. Loved the location and customer service here. Breakfast was great but a little hard to find on the First floor in the other building. The elevator fit only 2 people max.

Beautiful property! Staff were wonderful, helpful, and kind! Stayed in an accessible triple; not a huge space, but comfortable, clean and chic. Perfect! As an early riser, was happy to find a cozy area on our floor to sit and read also! Comfy sofa with windows opening out to a courtyard.

Hotel was good overall. Reception desk was nice and helpful and efficient. Room was clean, good size, fairly updated. Elevator very tiny (as mentioned in other reviews), and easier to take the stairs unless with luggage. Room faced an interior courtyard where garbage receptacles were stored - which was a bit unsightly and unpleasant to have to walk by in/out of hotel each day. Additionally, each night at about 11pm, rolling carts with laundry were hauled out, and were loud as they rolled on the cobble stones, disturbing if you're sleeping. Similarly, early mornings, as workers handle garbage disposal in the courtyard, guests can be awakened by loud talking, etc. Location was very easy and central walking distance to many things. A taxi stand was easily accessible across the street, and several cafe/restaurants are immediately outside the hotel, making it easy for breakfast - so no need to purchase hotel breakfast. And there is a mini-market across the hotel as well. All in all, a good stay minus the minor noise inconveniences.
