Nice place, bad soundproofing

Great location, good looking building and room. Sound proofing is really bad though. People leaving & entering, water runninf in different suite, phone calls - loud :(

The air in the room was stale. Open the window, but then it's a noisy street, or shut the window for quiet and stuffiness. But I have to say, the best shower of my trip through Italy.

We only stayed here on our last night in Rome. Very good location, overall clean place. Unfortunately, the AC was not working in our room. We went just a week ago but the weather was still hot. We opened the window which gave a nice breeze, but because of the location, it was a bit too loud to continue having the window opened throughout the night. Regardless, we'd stay here again. Just make sure the AC works if you're staying during a warmer time of the year.

Loved that this property is so close to the train station. The train station is huge and has so many shops and eateries, love the easy block and a half walk. The rooms are small and walls are thin but my two teens liked having their own separate twin beds. We went in October and they turned off air conditioning and only could turn on heat. Room felt stuffy since no air so had to have window open at night. Garbage truck comes very early and really noisy. If being close to train station is important then this is a great place, staff was wonderful and our room was always cleaned when we left for the day.

The room and hallways had strange smells and I had blood on my towels in the bathroom. The blood, of course, was not mine and was already there when I got there. The staff was very nice though and upgraded me to a larger room.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful - they arranged airport transfer to the hotel which was much appreciated. We were able to walk to the train station and took the train back to the airport went we left. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Roma Termini train station and a lot of attractions. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable. The a/c was turned off halfway through our stay and we were advised that this is normal at this time of year when the cooler season starts although temperatures got up to 77° - we were told to open our window to refresh the air in the room. The breakfast was good. Overall a good stay.

All is good with the property but for the air conditioner in room that hardly works. There are no controls to control temperature - just on for cool air that was barely moving any air. Breakfast was good. Room is clean. Walkable to rome termini railway station.
