Good location just right across from Mayo Clinic. I waited for one hour to get to the room because the room was not ready. The hotel is a little outdated, but Ok with the reasonable price.

Great stay

Exactly what I needed. Had a long exhausting day and was not disappointed by my stay. Plenty of parking, quiet hallways, spacious rooms, and friendly faces all made this a great stay. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to.

I was able to check in extra early which was a great help. The front desk was friendly in explaining to me directions. The hot tub was supposedly out of order, per the front desk, but then on check out we looked and there was no sign stating it was out of order. Our room was a corner room and was a bit noisy with the passing traffic. We were able to hear the guest above us walking around quite a bit, too.
