Very dirty. To the point where you can tell they don’t wipe things down properly. Dust and crumbs on the basic of surfaces like desk, bar counter. The cover sheet had burn marks and dust on it like it’s never been wash or replaced. Breakfast in the morning was also awful. The Luke warm coffee in the morning is ok.

The staff were all family and friendly but other than that, no housekeeping, dirty tub, shredded shower curtain, no coffee pot, they cut back the channels I could watch , no swimming pool or hot tub as advertised. Stale coffee in entryway.

Breakfast was limited and didn't taste good. Parking was fine. The pool, hot tub was out of service. The vending machine was out of service. The room wasn't cleaned well. The bathtub looked very dirty and didn't feel clean enough to use. The only thing that worked was the ice machine. It was not worth the money to stay at this hotel. They also charge $20 for early check in. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

-Zero interaction with owner, he avoided people like the plague after check-in. Everytime we saw him, he would see we weren't checking in and would quickly turn away to avoid any interaction or greeting. -Continental breakfast made me sick within 20 minutes of eating. Literally went up to my room and spent 15 minutes in the bathroom throwing up. I'm betting that the eggs, potatoes, and sausage links are the same ones served day after day and just reheated. -Had a reservation for 4 nights, December 29-Jan 2 check out. Notified the woman behind the desk we were checking out early and leaving the next morning and was told her husband would take care of me in the morning upon checkout. Left hotel about 9 AM, rang belm at desk a couple times, no answer, no one around. Wrote a note on a post it pad on the desk, put it on our room keys and on the counter with other keys left by others checking out. We left 2 nights early and still were charged for 4 nights. I've tried calling the 800 number for booking and was given the local 507 number to discuss billing. Goes to a message then disconnects. Tried a few times and the same thing. I would like my 2 nights $ back.
