Everyone was great. Room was clean. They have a shuttle that runs to Mayo & surrounding areas which was real convenient for us. I have more appointments at Mayo so I will be staying there again. Great staff & House keeping :-)

Breakfast was adequate, more variety would be nice. Central air would be nice as the fans/A-C units were very loud and without them on the room was hot. I did enjoy being able to open windows in the extended stay units.There was no recycling in the unit which was disappointing. The murphy bed was fun.

Was in town for a big swim meet. Loved having basically an apartment for several days. May things to walk to. Could use a deep clean and some needed upgrades (getting AC to your room via a fan from the main room is loud and no ideal).

For the price, Centerstone is hard to beat. All the other spots downtown are more expensive and additional charges for parking. Here, parking is free, it's right by People's Food Co-op, and just a stone's throw from all the fun things to do in Rochester's historic district. Check out Tessa's Office for libations and Thai Pop for incredible Thai cuisine.

The room outdated, old run down furnitures, like they were donated from goodwill. The carpet was old and dirty, TV was barely working, off and on, with limited channels. There was no heat in the room, even though I asked for a heater, they said yes but it never showed up. The restaurant was average, with limited food options, the young folks were very kind and hospitable.

The staff is wonderful all over the hotel and restaurant. They make sure you feel welcomed and helped. We love staying at a family owned buisness. It is very close to Mayo with Transport to every where if needed.
