Management was WONDERFUL. I left my pillow and they were able to find it and hold it at the front desk until I could get someone to pick it up. Rooms were clean, water was hot, bed was comfy. I feel like the price is low (I got a smoking room to save money) for the quality. They could charge more. Great deal.
