Die Lage ist prima, die Innenstadt gut fußläufig erreichbar, Bushaltestellen liegen gleich um die Ecke. Negativ: die Zimmer auf Etage 0 vermitteln ein Souterrain-Feeling. Beim Check-in war um 15 Uhr nur ein Schalter besetzt, es war gefühlt nichts vorbereitet und Debit-Karten konnten nicht gelesen werden. Das führte zu einer sehr langen Wartezeit. Beim Frühstück am nächsten Morgen herrschte das völlige Chaos, zwischen 9 und 10.30 Uhr musste man in einer Schlange bis in Treppenhaus anstehen, vor den Kaffeemaschinen war ebenfalls Schlange stehen angesagt."
