What we really liked about this hotel? I must say 5 stars for breakfast, great choice, lots of fruit, and great choice of everything, fresh and tasty. Another great thing was location, close to metro, taxi and activities. Some staff was nice but they did not speak english. Where ever we fo we expect that somebody would speak english as well. Room was avarage, towels and bedding could be cleaner. I could smell mould from mouldy walls. We only were happy with the shower.

The room was clean but I had two issues and I was that the room was really small and there was really no hot water in the sink. The shower had hot water and was decent but these were the two issues I have with the room. I picked this because it had a gym and although the rooftop pool area was nice the gym would be better if they had some kind of weight equipment.

This was the absolute worst hotel we have seen in our lifetime. It was so unbelievable that we had to document it with fotos because no one would believe the story. First we arrived and only one elevator was working. We had to walk up the stairs and then the lights in the room wouldn’t come on. The desk attendant was rude and then they moved us to another room. The shower had black mold all throughout and the bed was stained and dirty. Just an unbelievable experience and I warn anyone booking this property to stay at your own risk.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante do início ao fim. Ao chegar, tentamos fazer o check-in no horário previsto, mas fomos informados de que não havia quartos disponíveis. A justificativa não pareceu condizer com a realidade e o atendimento não demonstrou interesse em encontrar uma solução adequada. O quarto deixou muito a desejar. Além de ser extremamente apertado, os móveis passam a impressão de oferecer espaço para guardar pertences, mas na prática são apenas decorativos e pouco funcionais. O banheiro apresentava problemas de higiene, com presença de mosquitos, o que causou bastante desconforto. Outro problema recorrente foi o cartão magnético da fechadura, que constantemente parava de funcionar. Em diversas ocasiões precisei descer até a recepção para solicitar a reativação do cartão. Para piorar, apenas um elevador estava funcionando durante a estadia, o que tornava esse transtorno ainda mais cansativo. A recepção também deixou muito a desejar. O atendimento foi pouco acolhedor, sem a atenção e a eficiência esperadas para solucionar os problemas apresentados pelos hóspedes. Infelizmente, a soma de todos esses fatores resultou em uma experiência bastante negativa. Pelo valor cobrado e pela expectativa criada, esperava muito mais em termos de estrutura, manutenção, organização e atendimento. Não pretendo me hospedar novamente e não recomendaria este hotel a quem busca conforto e uma boa experiência.

Pontos positivos: localização ( perto do consulado dos EUA), o chuveiro muito bom. A cama era de mola mas as roupas de cama estavam bem limpas. Pontos negativos: Funcionários nada cordiais, sempre de cara fechada, não dizem nem mesmo bom dia! Um dos elevadores não estava funcionado, filas enormes se formavam todos os dias e a todo momento. Café da manhã ruim, ficamos 5 dias e fomos dois dias apenas para tomar água. Toalha velhas, cheiro desagradável de sabão e muito ásperas. O ar condicionado bem antigo e barulhento, ainda bem que estava frio e conseguimos mantê-lo desligado durante toda a estadia.

A direção do hotel necessita melhorar a limpeza e conservação do hotel. O quarto em que hospedei estava com bastante poeira e o vazo do banheiro apresentava um vazamento na parte de baixo. Os funcionarios são muito prestativos e solicitos e o café da manhã muito bom, mas o ar condicionado é de janela, muito antigo, barulhento e não funcionava direito (não resfriava), os lençois pequenos para o tamanho da cama, toalhas de banho não muito macias, e o principal transtorno foi o elevador (apenas 1 funcionando de 3) com hotel lotado, ocasionando filas enormes, sendo necessário utilização das escadas por muitos hospedes, sendo que as mesmas são mal dimensionadas, sujas e escura.
