"Fabulous hotel. Room is cleaned and towels replenished only at your request. This was communicated very clearly upon our arrival and not an issue for us at all. There is always someone on Reception. Lobby and chill out areas wonderfully quirky. I cannot comment on the food as we didn't eat at the hotel during our stay but drink choice was great. Bar is open until very late. The free complementary drink for each guest was a nice touch too. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Request for extra pillows was not a problem at all. Hotel is perfectly located to both Europa-Park and Rulantica...a pleasant walk through the pretty town of Rust. Free themed lockers available. Two supermarkets, Lidl and Edeka serving fresh pastries, salad etc on your doorstep. Great to access if you want to keep your holiday to a tighter budget. Would we stay here again...absolutely!!!"
