This is the view overlooking the Bay of Fundy from the tip of Cape Split, Nova Scotia. A nice 13 kilometers return hike to the end of the cape. The trail is well maintained, but watch the weather as it can be sunny at the trail head and then be foggy at the end. There are some trails down the cliffs to the coastline as well, but be very aware of the tides as many people have been stranded due to the fast tides.

"Mike and Adele are excellent, professional hosts. They called us prior to arriving to make sure we were ok. They even turned off the light in the backyard so we could watch the aurora borealis despite the fact that we fell asleep at 8:30 pm. Ha. Mike accommodated our gluten-free dietary needs and served a tasty, filling breakfast. Lastly, the bed in our room was very comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. Mike suggested Davidson’s farm for maple syrup. The farmer gave us a tour of the maple syrup making process and was very hospitable. Thank you, Mike and Adele."
