Large and small details alike get their focus ... * Premium check in experience. You can see the focus on continuous improvement here. * Little things like recently moving vending machines and trash bins closer to the front desk to be more convenient and practical for guests. * Smiles and engagement from staff - custodians, restaurant, lobby, management, etc. * Very approachable staff. Very accommodating. Excellent communications. * Went the extra mile to ensure my family and I were very well treated and that we have a fantastic experience.
