This gorgeous property features 3 bedrooms - 1 king (with private bath) 1 queen, and 2 twin beds (which can be combined for another king) and a hall tub/shower combination. Sheets and Towels are included. Perfect for families or friends traveling together. An additional sunroom with a sofa bed provides extra room. The garage has all the beach gear you need plus foosball and ping pong should there be a rainy day. Don't feel like driving to the beach? There is also a large community pool and the Midway Shopping Center, Movie Theatre and Tanger Outlets are all close by. The private back yard patio easily sits 6 plus. The house was beautiful, the location is fantastic. The only thing I would suggest is some instructions of what the home owner requires guest to do upon departure. There were no instructions of when garbage night was or what to do with the used linens. The temperature they’d like the AC left on. Otherwise it was very clean and my family enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful stay in a quiet neighborhood

We loved staying at this property. The house is beautiful, and even more so than the pictures can show. It was the perfect fit for myself and two teenagers, with room to spare. It would be a great place for a family or a get away with friends. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and everything needed to cook meals. With heavy beach traffic, it was less than 20 minutes to the Rehoboth boardwalk by car. We were there during very hot days (heat index over 100), and the house stayed cool, and there are several ceiling fans to help cool off the warmer parts of the day (garage included). We didn't need to make use, but it was nice to see the beach towels, chairs, and other beach accessories for use during the stay. Highly recommend!

Like a luxury hotel

The Pelicans Perch was a an absolute pleasure to stay at. From the tasteful decor and furniture, the beautiful hardwood floors, outdoor space to the spacious common areas, each detail was deliberate. The finished garage turned game room provided extra hang out space and fun games of ping pong and foosball. Although we brought our own beach stuff, this house had everything you need for the beach including multiple chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, toys and noodles for the pool. The community pool was clean and never too crowded. There were plenty of tables, chairs and umbrellas each time. The kitchen was as ideally stocked and beautifully organized with labels to make it easy to put things away. The house was equipped with plenty of bath towels, sheets blankets and pillows. It even had necessities to get us started like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, a hair dryer and other amenities you usually won’t find at a rental house. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. It is situated close to Coastal Highway and easy to get to Walmart and Grocery Bargain Outlet in minutes. The area has everything you could need for a week away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house. In case you have confusion like I did with the beds, there are 2 kings, 2 twins and queen pull out in the sunroom. The sunroom does not provide any privacy even when the doors are shut from other guests since the doors are all windows but we made do. Highly recommend PP!

Beautiful house and thoughtful amenities

The house was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed just lounging there while our babies napped. It was spacious for them to run around as well.It had every amenity we needed and way more. This is especially true regarding beach dedicated items which we didn’t need to bring/buy much ourselves. The only challenging part for families with little ones was the interior is decorated with a plethora of loose items like statues and glassware that we needed to hide to child proof the place because they were either scared of it or going to break/misplace it. Everything else was great!

If 10 stars were an option, this rental property would deserve it. The entire home is amazing, but the well-equipped kitchen stole the show. The garage ended up being the entertainment hub for the younger ones when we had some down time, and the older folks enjoyed quiet time in the sunroom. Any family looking for a rental while attending events at Sports at the Beach, this property is the one, only a 20-minute drive, and very close to the beach and Boardwalk. Rosa, the owner, was great to work with. WE will definitely rebook this property.

What an amazing stay at Pelican’s perch! The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we could possibly need. There was plenty of space and it was very close to everything. Communication with the host was wonderful. Highly recommend!
