an Overnight stay.

We were only there 1 night. The hotel has aged a lot in the last decade or so. Parking lot in rough shape, as well as the exterior. They are renovating. The Room was clean & smelled great though the hallway was a little less looked after. The staff were all pleasant & helpful. The breakfast was the average fare. We didn't use the pool or fitness facilities.

Enjoyed my stay there. The place was nice and clean, staff were accommodating and polite. The pool was nice, however the breakfast wasn't great compared to other hotels I've stayed at (Possible reason that I went downstairs towards the tail-end of breakfast). I thought my room (top floor suite) was a bit on the expensive side, but it was during the Calgary stampede, so spaces were limited.

Outside of property is very poor, very much in a state of disrepair almost appears abandoned. The parking lot resembles a mine field with deep large potholes throughout. It appears the main tower is subleased to a retirement home company, elevators/entrance to that portion appear ok. The room was NOT clean by any stretch, glitter sparkles were found on top of the blanket, on the top sheet and below the top sheet. Stains on the doors inside the room, microwave had an uncleaned food explosion inside. Overall icky feeling when inside. Pool area looked ok, previous restaurant looking area had stained/dirty seating. With some renovations it could be a nice place but this should not be open to the public until that time. I am VERY surprised Wyndham allows its name to be associated with the property in its current state.

This place is in desperate need of renovations, the ceiling was leaking in spots, we thought we were going to be stuck in the elevator, and the shower would not drain. The saving grace was that the pool was in a cool setting despite all the stains on the carpets... The staff were as accommodating as possible but it was not their fault that the upkeep has not be dealt with.
