No hubo ningúna comunicación entre hotels.com y el hotel en cuestión, me dijeron en todo momento que no sabían de mi reservación espere mucho tiempo a que me solucionaran y eso no sucedió, estoy pidiendo mi reembolso, ya que me tuve que ir a reservar a otro sitio.
