Overall an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet, staff, and room were all above expectations. Our standard for hotels in NZ is lower since we moved here from Singapore 7 7years ago but this hotel experience in Queenstown proved us wrong.

Modern, clean, friendly staffed hotel in a good location. A short walk to the main tourist area of Queenstown. A good breakfast selection started each day off perfectly. An average selection of tv stations when in your room. No international news channels, sport or music channels. Gym okay but limited with only one weight bench and few weights. Good overall.

Repeated Stay

This is the second time I have stayed at this Hotel in 4 months and 3rd time overall. I will go back again. A walk up the hill from town would shred a few kilos after having ice cream at Patagonia.lol Friendly staff and been a IHG member helps to. Open plan as you walk in is great. Fireplaces going and people around, very nice atmosphere.

Found an item of clothing in room not ours on arrival and open sugar satchet on floor under bins which we didnt use. Buffet breakfast pretty much same each day and often not hot .

We didn't need to hire a car, you can walk to Queenstown and the skylift to the luge. The food at the restaurant was really good. The staff were so helpful and friendly.
