The staff were amazing, especially Richard, who really looked after us. It would be good if their was either a shop or some options for lunch. The shopping centre is a long way to go to pick up a sandwich

The property is up a little hill from downtown Queenstown but very accessible. Love the luggage storage room (we were able to leave our things there while on the Routeburn track). Laos enjoyed the do it yourself laundry room on our floor. Great for after the hike!

We stayed at this property two times during our time in New Zealand. It is a really nice property; it is very stylish, clean and comfortable, the rooms we were in had great views of the lake too. The staff was friendly and so helpful, we were doing a couple of the great tracks and they stored our excess luggage for us while we were on the hike for free. The hotel is close to town and an easy walk, if you don’t mind the hill, to dinner and activities there. Public transport, the buses, are about a block away too, lots of construction is going on, so one time the stop was across the street, the next it was a street over and up, the next it was a street over and down, just ask the staff they point you in the right direction. Of course Queenstown is on the more expensive side for the country, so this was the most expensive place we stayed but it was worth every Penny to us. We highly recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay in Queenstown. The building is really well built, with comfortable beds and good insulation against noise. The room was very quiet and clean, and the free breakfast had a good variety. The panoramic window upgrade was worth it for the great views! We’d be happy to stay here again.
