The room itself was spotless and welcoming. I loved how bright the space was. The location was terrific within the town of St. Michaels. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delish with one of the best croissants I have ever tasted. All in all, a great place to stay.

The HVAC in my room did not work. Could not turn heat of ac or fans on. Did not notice til I went to bed and then it was too late to call maintenance or change rooms. I informed the desk attendant to have fixed for the next guest
