***AVOID THIS HOTEL*** The hotel was run down and dirty. It appeared understaffed. First room had a floodlight glaring up through the window, blinding us in daytime. Amenities not stocked and bathroom light not working. We requested to switch rooms, and the second room was worse than the first. It was humid and the AC was old, loud, and didn't work well - fan just brought in pool air from the atrium and "balcony". Bed was terrible. Mattress VERY old and soft and could feel all springs; sheets had stains. Writing on the walls and mystery stains and grunge on walls, baseboards, chairs, surfaces, etc. Bathroom door could not close properly and was covered in handprints. Also lacking amenities. The whole hotel smells like the pool. The birds in the pool area appear neglected as their cages are filthy, with excrement streaming down the sides. Staff at front desk were sympathectic but unable to actually provide solutions, and there was no manager on duty on weekends. Attempts to have concerns addressed after checkout (as no manager available our entire stay) were dismissed by manager by e-mail. Room 404 ***DO NOT STAY HERE*** Very disappointing. We feel robbed. Wish we could give 0 stars.
"amenitites" for a room with 2 queen beds. 1 tiny soap, 3 body lotions (one different) and one shampoo.
mystery grunge on baseboards - a whole cup of coffee? The corners were all dusty and grungy also
Dusty lamp bases right by the bed - and every other lamp and picture and doorframe, etc.
Bed older than us, incredibly uncomfortable. There were small stains on these sheets that could have been blood or feces.

Easy access from the highway and some decent eating nearby. Comfortable room and fairly breakfast (could have used some fruit). The atrium space looks nice. Would consider staying again.

It is a nice hotel close to Quebec The beds could be a little more comfortable. They have a nice pool area and our room had a balcony overlooking the pool.

My stay was comfortable. The people at the reception desk were pleasant and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Location was near restaurants and a short distance to shopping. My only criticism is that breakfast was unacceptable. Breakfast every morning consisted of flavorless, rubber scrambled eggs, sausage, beans and home fries, toast (but the toaster didn't toast), yogurt, coffee (no decaf), and danishes some mornings. If you are planning on staying more then 1 night, bring your own food for breakfast. I was disappointed at the quality of the food and the food choices
