We were given a room, but when we opened the door, there were other people inside sleeping—and clothes were scattered everywhere. So we went back to the front desk, and all they said was, “Oh no.” They gave us another room, but had to walk up with us because they weren’t even sure if that room was empty either. At checkout, I asked for a receipt and was handed a bill that was double the price—and then I noticed it wasn’t even my name on it. They couldn’t find my reservation until I told them they had given me an already-occupied room the night before. That’s when they realized they had never moved my name from that first room, so I was still officially registered to the occupied room. They didn’t seem concerned about it at all. I asked who would be responsible for damages if something had happened, since my name was still tied to the wrong room. The clerk just said, “Don’t worry—now that you’ve checked out, it’s fine.”

The pool area is so amazing! Breakfast was excellent. The room was nice. I would definitely stay here again. The staff at breakfast were polite and helpful; they did an excellend job maintaining the breakfast crowd making sure everything was clean and fully stocked!

place is do a refresh but decent price

This hotel is in need of some reconditioning. In our room, we laminate flooring had repairs done with duct tape, a light was broken, the door was so tight to close. My kids could barely open and close it. In the bathroom, the faucet was partially separated from the wall. Outside the door, the carpet in the hallway was badly worn and marked. The positives of this place were that the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was quite good. What concerned us most was the condition in the pool area. The hot tub water was green and smelled like a swamp. It wasn’t just us, but most people got close to it and walked away. We stayed here for three days and it was not changed or rectified. Another decent feature is that there is lots of stuff close by. McDonald’s is across the street a local restaurant called Mike’s an IGA grocery store and drug store. Compared to some other hotels in the area, the price here was good. I wouldn’t not stay here, but I would go in with lowered expectations.

There was nothing they could help me with about the excretion spots on bed skirt they said call Expedia. Expedia told me they couldn’t reach the hotel. But passed the problem on to higher level staff.
